Congregational,  A Capella SingingWe sing songs of worship unto God as instructed in Ephesians 5:19
speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord”.
We do not use musical instruments in worship because we do not find authority to do so from God’s word.

Bible-based Preaching Preaching is something the early church continued in with great diligence (Acts 2:42). Preaching will save those who believe (1 Corinthians 1:21) in that the gospel that is proclaimed is God’s power to save (Romans 1:16). The preaching you will hear is not based on man’s wisdom or opinion, but by book, chapter, and verse for all that is taught.  Sermons are edifying and profitable as you seek to serve God.

The Lord’s Supper  The Lord’s Supper is observed every Sunday as we see done by the early church in the New Testament (Acts 20:7).   The unleavened bread and fruit of the vine represent Christ’s body and blood as they were given on the cross for us (Matthew 26:26-29).

Giving The only way the church of Christ collects funds for the work we do is through a free-will offering of the saints. This is the only method authorized in the Bible. We do this on the first day of the week as we find example (1 Corinthians 16:1-2). If you are visiting with us, we are just happy to have you here and we are not asking for any money from you.
